Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities for the Successful applicant:

 

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaign strategy and action plan to build customer brand awareness and target traffic
  • Making creative and engaging brand contents, including articles, graphics, story-telling key visuals, video, caption for all digital marketing activities, and conducting regular survey
  • Strategizing to drive online traffic to the website
  • Analysing media performance
  • Plan, manage and develop digital assets for website, micro site, SMS/ WA/email, social media in terms of generate awareness, traffic growth and create engagement
  • Manage online and social media, develop its contents, monitor and review
  • Manage statistics/ analytics of all digital marketing activities, review and propose for any improvement
  • Building relationship with 3R community, circular economy and waste management for brand marketing

Job Requirements

  • Having deep interest in the environmental issues, 3R, responsible waste management
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Having experience 3-5 years of direct and digital marketing

Accounting Head

Jakarta

Job Description:

  1. Direct monitor on daily accounting and financial transactions and its processing into system
  2. Review and ensure the accuracy of financial data presented in periodical financial statements
  3. Prepare periodical financial statements of the company, including consolidation level
  4. Prepare and perform periodical analytical review on financial results, including financial performance analysis and variance summary and its explanation
  5. Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and manage cash flow and working capital position throughout the company
  6. Manage and coordinate internal tax records and tax reporting to authority in compliance with tax regulations
  7. Monitor and ensure all accounting and tax records in compliance with the company’s policy and regulation
  8. Coordinate the preparation of the yearly financial and tax audit to ensure they meet the deadline
  9. Responsible for preparing the annual budget process, collecting the inputs and consolidate to produce the financial budget and planning
  10. Monitor operating expenses and capital expenditures to make sure all expenditures are within the approved budget
  11. Prepare analyses related to business development to support the Company’s growth in all areas
  12. Ensure the controls being established to maintain fraud management in all accounting and financial-related aspect

 

 

Job Qualifications:

  1. Accounting degree with at least 5 years of working experience, including in public accounting firm.
  2. Knowledge in various accounting and financial principles, practices and applications
  3. Strong communication skills, with English proficiency both written and verbal
  4. Excellent ability in spreadsheets (Excel) and preparation of presentation (Powerpoint)
  5. Able to perform under deadline pressure
  6. Self-driven,, a team player, having good attitude, hardworking and takes ownership of work, hands on and willing to involve on the process to ensure to get all things done

CORPORATE FINANCE ANALYST

Job Description:

  • Consolidate, reconcile and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc)
  • Assemble and summarize data from different departments into accurate reports on financial status and risks
  • Develop financial modelling for business projections
  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts to support reporting cycles as well as ad hoc requests
  • Produce monthly financial and performance reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis reporting that will be presented in business reviews
  • Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Perform business performance analysis to understand drivers on key trends and identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
  • Provide analyses, reporting, and project support to senior management in Powerpoint presentations

 

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA a plus
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields
  • Strong communication skills, with English proficiency both written and verbal
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models, and preparation of presentation (Powerpoint)
  • Excellent analytical together with the capability to work with large and complex data sets for analysis to solve business problems
  • Excellent partnership and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionality
  • Attention to accuracy and detail required
