Regional Sales Manager
A waste management company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
Get to know the Role
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a good communication, strong team management dan development skill and deep understanding of running sales with tight targets.
This role will include the following responsibilities:
- Develop and manage team to execute business plans to drive sales of medical waste in new and existing markets including prepare a promotion program to increase sales.
- Being responsible to deliver sales targets given by management.
- Responsible in the team development and sales presentation to customers.
- Review engagement contracts and all related documents to be sent to customer.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Nurture relationships with current and potential customers to understand customer needs and to ensure customer will sign contract and renew contract by expiration of the contract.
- Identify new growth areas in customer needs related to medical waste management.
- Liaise with legal department for any changes in the terms and conditions of engagement contracts.
- Analyze reason of churn rate and propose an improvement to management.
- Prepare month-end report to management.
- Willing to travelling to review market and customer needs.
- Coordinate with other related department to improve business and monitor all feedbacks from customers have been delivered in a timely manner by team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Minimum 5+ years of sales and marketing experience
- Excellent management and team development skills, have a great team work
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Good in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,etc)
- Good command of English language
- Passion to achieve goals no matter the effort required
- Extensive experience in analyzing, and presenting data
- Basic understanding of business concepts from top to bottom, such as cost of services and profit margin
